After leading the UX design and information architecture of the Advisor Website Platform, the next step was to update all page templates to responsive layouts. Many collaborative working sessions with the lead visual designer, front-end developers, and marketing manager helped to make this a successful effort. (Note: Our hands were tied in trying to reduce the amount of content.)
One of the many benefits of a large, enterprise-level content management system is the ability to move simple content updates to copywriters, managers and business partners. I met with a number of those representatives in the organization, along with our development team, and assembled this concept deck to capture the necessary process and editor functionality. A number of elements were further refined as part of the actual development process but this provided a solid foundation upon which to draft initial requirements.
